Booking Restaurant and Lounges, which can be booked as individual tables or exclusive with varied pricing packages. Supplement charging programmable for under-occupancy.
Booking Marquees as groups, tables or exclusive.
Booking Executive Seasonal Hire based on a fixed fee with catering / licensing provisions.
Deposit invoices generated requesting a minimum deposit of the hire charge immediately upon accepting the booking (% to be user defined for each type of service).
Deposit invoices or minimum deposit amounts may be waived or varied only at the discretion of the users with authority to do so.
Final payment processing receipted prior to the event date (or as set out in the terms and conditions for that type of hospitality event).
Encryption & Secure Access controls are provided throughout. Automatic backup and recovery procedures integrated as standard.
